Welcome...
Formerly know as Partners N Progress for the Arts, a local 501(c) (3) charity, celebrates 15 years of dedication to making the arts come alive in our community. To further expand its impact in the community, Partners N Progress has chosen a new name that reflects its commitment to the performing arts. As of September, 2010, Partners N Progress for the Arts will be known as the Suncoast Performing Arts Foundation. It is the committee’s hope that this new name will provide the public a better understanding of their mission. The Suncoast Performing Arts Foundation supports and produces the performing arts at the Largo Cultural Center, making theater, music and dance accessible to all residents of Largo and the surrounding Suncoast.

Normajeanne Anderson has been interested in and involved with the performing arts since early childhood. Standing on a chair to reach a microphone to sing, is one of her earliest memories. Community Theatre, musical concerts, were a l arge part of her life, so it’s no wonder she is continually infatuated with the Largo Cultural Center.
Her career background includes Advertising, Radio, Real Estate, Sales Training and Public Relations.
A constant source of joy is being a part of exposing young people to the thrill of performing, as they develop confidence and skills that will enrich their lives and careers. For the past 3 years, she has been serving as Editor of Arts Beat, a publication of the Suncoast Performing Arts Foundation.
Chamber Administrator for Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce is her rewarding “day job”, and Normajeanne also finds great happiness and gratification in her participation in the Suncoast Performing Arts Foundation.
